Jalfrezi is a South Asian curry is made with vegetables and spices to produce a dry, thick sauce and can be served with a protein substitute or vegetables. The dish can range in heat from medium to very hot so we have packaged the chilli flakes in a separate sachet to allow the chef to control it. Traditionally served with pilau rice. This paste has no added salt, sugar or preservatives and is gluten and dairy free.
