Green Curry - Mild
Green curry is made from a paste of mild green chillies. The Thai name translates to “sweet green” and refers to the colour of the curry and can be fiery depending on the recipe. Its based on coconut milk and a fresh green chilli paste. This curry suits fresh prawns, chicken and vegetables very well. Traditionally served with Jasmine rice. The options include a coconut milk kit if you cannot find coconut milk easily. This is a dairy and gluten free paste and contains no added salt, sugar or preservatives.
