Tomato & Yellow Bean Sauce
This is a versatile sweet and spicy sauce that suits fresh fish and shell fish very well and can be served as a starter or main dish. It can be prepared and ready within 25 minutes. This sauce can be cooked in advance and stored in a sealed container in the fridge. When ready to use, stir in a little water to loosen before warming up.
