This spicy (optional) sweet and sour sauce from Thailand exudes a tangy flavour to excite your taste buds. It works well with the seasoned fried pieces of the countrys' favourite protein substitute or vegetables. It can be prepared and ready with rice or pasta within 20 minutes.
