Green Curry - Mild (A)
Green curry is made from a paste of mild green chillies. The Thai name translates to “sweet green” and refers to the colour of the curry itself and can be fiery depending on the recipe. It's based on coconut milk and a fresh green chilli paste. Traditionally served with Jasmine rice. This is a dairy and gluten free paste and contains no added salt, sugar or preservatives
