This Green curry is made from a paste of spicy green chillies and spices. The Thai name translates to “sweet green” and refers to the colour of the curry and can be fiery depending on the recipe. Its cooked in coconut milk.
This curry suits fresh prawns, chicken and vegetables like courgettes, green jackfruit, mushrooms very well. Traditionally served with Jasmine rice. 

This is a dairy and gluten free paste.

Our vegetarian version does NOT contain shrimp paste or include the fish sauce sachet.
