Thai Night In Meal 2
Thai meals traditionally serve all the dishes at the same time and everyone serves themselves. We have create this Thai Night In with a soup and a sauce for a fried or grilled main ingredient. Tom Kha is a tasty soup made with coconut milk and aromatic ingredients. Prawn or chicken are recommended but for vegetarians oyster or closed cup mushrooms are the more popular choices.
Spicy, sweet & sour mango sauce (spicy & sour is added during cooking so optional) can be cooked separately to the prime ingredient and served when ready or it can be added to the cooking prime ingredient when its almost finished cooking. Recommend grilled seabass fillets, chicken or salmon cubes and for vegetarians green jackfruit/sweet potato/protein substitute are good choices.
These dishes can all served with steamed jasmine rice or noodles.
