Green Curry - Spicy (A)


Green curry is made from a paste of mild green chillies. The Thai name translates to “sweet green” and refers to the mild green colour of the curry itself and not to its taste which can be fiery depending on the recipe. Its based on coconut milk and a fresh green chilli paste. This curry suits chicken and vegetables very well. Traditionally served with Jasmine rice. This is a dairy and gluten free paste and contains no added salt, sugar or preservatives.
